01 — Bartending Staff

-$500.00 per staff member per event

-Events over 75 guests require at least 2 staff members.

-5 hours of service to comply with event venue insurance requirements.

-We carry RAMP Certifications & Liability Insurances in compliance with state and venue requirements.

-We bring in all bar tools for mixing and opening drinks as well as coolers for ice.

-We help you create your specialty cocktail menu.

-Calculate the amount of alcohol needed/ provide recommendations.

-Come early and set up / stay late and clean up.

-We do not just hide behind the bar.

-Clean around the property and throughout your reception area.

*** We are a BYOB company. We do not sell or purchase any alcohol for any reason. All alcohol is provided by the host for their private event.

02 — Consumables & Mixer Packages

-$6.00 per person Consumables packages and include (ice-clear plastic cups-garnishes-straws- and beverage napkins)

-$6.00 per person Mixer packages and typically include (a variety of coke products, juices, tonic & club, syrups, and any other necessary mixers for your cocktail/mocktail menu)

- Want a better deal? Bundle both the consumables & mixer package at a discounted rate of $10.00 per person.

-Let us do the lugging and keep your day worry free.

-Don’t forget something, let us do what we know and make sure you have a stocked bar that your guests will enjoy!

03 — Hot Coffee/Tea Bar

-$350.00 for this station for a 2-hour service window.

-Airpots filled with hot coffee & water - seasonal cider option available.

-2 hour hot beverage service.

-Decaf and Regular/ Assorted pure life tea bags.

-All creamer/sugars/ stir straws/cups and lids.

-Can be presented in a black bamboo 2- tiered stand.

04 — Hydration Station

-$400.00 for the station for the entire length of event.

-Glass Beverage Dispensers filled with assortments of Water - Lemonade - Iced Tea.

-All clear plastic cups, garnishes, and unlimited refills included.

05 — Mobile Bar

-$900.00 rental fee for the day of event

-This custom bar is outfitted with shiplap siding and the cutest tin roof.

-A serving window and greenery photo booth wall will have all of your guests excited!

-We roll up, unload an entire experience, mix phenomenal beverages for your private party, clean everything up, and head down the road!

06 — The Ultimate Mobile Bar Package

-Base Price is $2,700.00 plus (total guest count x $10.00)

- Ex. 2,700.00 + (100 guests x $10.00) = $3,700.00

-Rent our brand new mobile bar! This bar is outfitted with shiplap siding and the cutest tin roof. A serving window and greenery photo booth wall will have all of your guests excited! This package is great for outdoor events that are looking for a statement when it comes to their beverage service. This package includes:

• 6’x10’x8’ Mobile Bar for outdoor events

• 2 Bartending staff

• Consumables package (clear plastic cups - garnishes - ice - utensils for drinks)

• Mixers package (a variety of coke products, juices, tonic & club, syrups, and any other necessary mixers for your cocktail/mocktail menu)

• 2 tap keg system for draft beers

• Hydration station (3 Glass Dispensers with Water - Lemonade - Iced Tea)

• Faux greenery wall as photo booth backdrop for guests
