Ten years and hundreds of weddings have taught us the same thing every time: the bar runs best when one team owns all of it. You buy the alcohol. We bring everything else.
The Signature

Two easy ways to pay less
Marrying on a Friday, a Sunday, or between November and April? Take $250 off any package. Paying by bank transfer or check instead of card? Take another 3% off every payment. Both apply together, and neither requires you to ask.
Every price above is the standard rate. Choose bank transfer or check at checkout and 3% comes off each payment. Your booking is secured with a 25% retainer and a signed agreement, with the balance spread across three payments through the year of your wedding.
Book with your best estimate. Your guest count locks 30 days out, when your planning form is due, and your final payment settles the difference in either direction — down to 90% of your booked count or 100 guests, whichever is higher. After the lock date we'll happily add guests at your per-guest rate; reductions aren't refunded at that point, since your bartenders are scheduled and your bar is already stocked.
Planning it yourself?
Maybe you're outside our area, maybe full service isn't in the budget, maybe your uncle already volunteered. We'd still rather you get it right. This is the same planning system we use on every wedding we work.

All packages include five hours of bar service. Two bartenders are included with every package and cover events up to 100 guests; we add one bartender for every additional 50 guests. Every event bills at a 100-guest minimum, whatever the final headcount.
Friday, Sunday, and November–April events receive $250 off any package.
We are a BYOB company. We do not sell, purchase, or provide alcohol under any circumstances. All alcohol is supplied by the host for their private event. Our team carries RAMP certifications and full liability insurance in compliance with Pennsylvania state law and venue requirements.
